She doesn't complain that everyone calls her name
She doesn't make a fit that her job she can't quit
She wakes up every morning thinking what do "they" have to do
What will make their day better?
How can I make today easier?
When all along all she wants is for someone to ask how her day has started?
How can they help her?
Is there something they can take off her hands?
Considering that she carries the weight of the world on her shoulders
Day in and day out
To not even be recognized
Where is the appreciation for these women
Who instead of knowing they can't fall back on him
Would rather know that he got one that's willing to stick by his side regardless.
That doesn't ask for the most but tries to give more
Superwoman... Unappreciated

"You can't send me!" "There is no-one else. It's you or no-one, and that is not an option." Ameera looked at the fat paunch and florid face of her boss, a man who lived for the story and the kudos it brought him but who rarely gave consideration to the people behind the drama. When had he become so hard? She reckoned that by the end of the year, he'd be dead, collapsed from a heart attack and she struggled to conjure any sympathy in that moment and instantly felt ashamed at displaying the same lack of compassion that he had.
