Sunrise

I'm tired of living like:

I'm worthless,

No one loves me

or values me,

I don't have what it takes

I feel like a mistake

I feel like I don't belong

What am I doing here?

What am I looking for?

What peace can I find?

What is the meaning of it all?

By myself,

I'm no one

Every day I chase after

Somebody else's lonely sky

But in reality,

I need the sun to break

I need a sunrise

There's a place that I belong

I just haven't found it yet

There must be more

than where I'm at now
