Stuck in the Dark

When will I see brighter days

Its been a long time since I've seen the sun raise

Reading the same chapter over and over still not turning a single page

When will I see brighter days

Stuck, lost, confused and betrayed

Family wish to not even stay

Lonely into this world I was made

So continue on as you may

But, when will I see brighter days

I'm trying my best I promise to confess

Sacrificed it all let God do the rest

But I suffered too many losses and know like damn what's next

Can I guess?

Ummm... Will I end up dead because my soul was so suppressed depressed worrying about flesh to getting put to rest

And the family that did not stay but faded away is putting flowers on my chest?

What a mess!

What a reality!

Yet I'm blessed with no fatality

My success is only up to me

Not timid by the rest you can't believe what you see

But what you know, 4sho

So get a dice and make a roll

On ya life turn stop to go

Ten toes down a warrior never fold

And if I'm able to touch my father's gown I will be made whole

Although, I'm in the same place on the same stage walking into my light removing all the shade
