We dream so big and so small.
We think outside the box but seem so closed with our thoughts?
My heart is full but my life is empty.
I stand amongst the crowd hoping to stand out.
I cry alone and laugh together.
We call this life and yet we live it by text, sight seeing results to a photo, live music is a video so we can say we were there.
Real life is touch, taste, smell, hear and see. We guard ourselves, be free, be you and be me.

The same year I got into recovery. That year I could smudge, go into the sweat lodge, attend full-moon ceremony, pipe ceremony, wiping of tears ceremony, and others.
