Stop

Enough is enough.

Tired of the noise.

Of what we should be.

I'm not an incubator.

For your begging.

This isn't the 1920s.

Where women were expected to follow tradition.

I am more than your preconceived notions.

Ones where you imagine I should get behind.

But we all deserve the freedom to choose.

Norms you're used to won't stay forever.

They're already dead and gone to me.

Maybe someday you'll catch up to me in this marathon of life.

Until then shut your mouth.

Cause I don't want to hear it.

But I'm so far ahead I can see the rope society has around your neck.
