My sister’s soul was spotless, mine was spotted by design
They were hues of different colors
That did not fall in line
I was angry, I was crazy, I was shouting all the time
And when my family saw me
They wondered why my sister was so benign.
I hoped that I would change, could change
Into something more respected
And in that quest for glory,
I lost all of my perspective
I forgot the most important thing
About self-respect
Is the four letters
S-e-l-f
Who am I?
