Someday

Someday everything will be ok. Maybe not today maybe not tomorrow but someday.

Someday when the grass is no longer brown and dead, when the sun returns again, when winter turns to spring. And your frigid heart just melts, and your walls finally come crashing down.

Someday your life will be like a beautifully vivid dream one from which you’ll never want to wake.

You’ll look back on those times of paralyzing fear and self-doubt and see how far you’ve come.

Someday you’ll feel a swell of immeasurable joy and you’ll feel so light, your feet will leave the ground and you’ll just float away, into the bright blue sky and into the great beyond where everything is possible.

You’ll still struggle at times, but you’ll fight to survive because you know you can win.

Someday seems a lifetime away, but I promise, it’s closer than you think. I know you’re hurting, but stay strong. You are not alone. I promise I won’t ever leave your side. We’ll find someday one day. But until then, I’m with you till the bitter end.
