Society

If only I were skinnier. If only I were prettier...When will we learn that inner beauty is the best kind?

Morbid thoughts consume them...

All I see is death.

Death all around me.

I see it in their eyes.

The eyes of the mothers who watch their children burn.

Burn in the malicious fires of society.

Mother’s watch as their children are swallowed up by the lies society religiously preaches.

Consumed, they thrash around like washed-up fish.

Lies consume them; taunt them, toil with them.

And the mothers can do nothing but watch.

Watch as their children suffer in societies merciless pit.
