Sober the Way

Sober is my name.

You told me that you love her. I watch you have the time of your life with her. What can I do to be just as good? What can I say to show you I understood? I listen. I know that I do, but you say she gets you, well maybe that's true. She fills your urges, needs, and wants. I do the yelling, pleading, taunts. I can't compete with her brown golden skin, I can't compete no matter what age she's in. I'm younger but seems you're into that older crowd! I heard you once yelling because of her, and that the bar had tossed you out. I see she changes you every time and I rather not be apart of that but if you ever decided to let her go, I'll gladly take you back.
