I'm losing again and I can tell
Because I've been writing
It's a bittersweet sensation
Feeling hopeless yet hopeful
Because I create beauty in this darkness
It's not romantic, it's painful
But at least when the words are gone
So are the feelings
And I can write for hours
Knowing that I'll be okay
Once more I can put on a smile
It's okay to not be okay sometimes
There's balance in everything
So I can put on my smile
Be happy, in due time
And in my writing I know I'm not okay
So it becomes beautiful
Because then we begin to balance
And if you need a sign
This is it
It's okay to not be okay
Because life will balance out again
Though, don't wait for it to happen
Make it happen
