Silver hair, silver hair It’s Christmas time at The Villages
Ring-a-ling, I can’t hear a thing
Soon it will be Christmas Day
Clanging walkers, rocking rockers
Decked in holiday trim
In the air there’s a scent of mentholyptis
No children laughing, only golf carts passing
Denture smiles for miles
And on every street corner you see
Silver hair, silver hair
It’s Christmas time at The Villages
Ring-a-ling, I can’t hear a thing
Soon it will be Christmas Day
Lines of seniors we’re called geezers
Flashing cards from AARP
As the courtesy van carries home our treasures
Hear our bones crunch while depends bunch
This is Santa’s big day
Over all of the bustle you see
Silver hair, silver hair
It’s Christmas time at The Villages
Ring-a-ling, still can’t hear a thing
Soon it will be Christmas Day
