Stretch marks, scars and cellulite are what I see

When I look around my entire body

Some days I wonder why it’s me, that has to look so undesirably

I don’t see these flaws on anyone else

But I guess that’s the power of editing in itself

Instagram models, protein shakes, and glute workouts galore

As I sit in bed and scoff down some more

Ice cream, pretzels, and mini pizza bites

But listen, it’s okay to do that sometimes

Because the image that’s put into our minds is perfection

Yet no one looks in the mirror and sees that in their reflection

So love your flaws because they show you’ve lived

Self love is a journey that will take time

Look in the mirror each morning with pride
