Scream & Cry

All you have to do is Scream & Cry once in a while.

Scream.

Scream like you've never screamed before.

Scream, just because.

If you scream, you might release anger that you never knew you even had.

Scream. Just scream.

Scream silently.

Scream with sound.

Scream into a pillow. Someone's shoulder. A shirt. But just scream.

And don't forget to cry.

Cry for the people you miss.

For the heartbreak that you've endured.

For the people that have hurt you. Left you. Broken your trust.

Scream and cry once in a while. It's healthy. Let those emotions out, and just.... Scream & Cry.
