Make your memories worth it.

I'll write a note to myself and leave it behind.

So when I come home, old and with a bit of memory loss- at least someone can say,

"I love you, welcome back."

I'll take a picture of myself and leave it behind.

So when I come home, stronger and least likely to cry- at least someone can say,

"look how much you've grown."

I'll draw a map of the world, through the universe and back home just to leave it behind.

So when I come home, relieved and educated, at least someone can say,

"look how far you've come."

I'll write things like this as I always have and leave it behind.

So when I come home, better and wiser than yesterday, at least I can say,

"I did it."
