Saying "I Love You"

When You Say You Love Me

It's hard for me to say "I love you"

When we bond you say you love me with sweat on your brow

Gently you probe me

Exploring

You look into my eyes

Anxiously questioning

My tummy is tight with the tension

My lungs are strained by my heavy pants

Our locked lips struggle to break free

My overworked brain

bombarded by stimulus

sends out the words that get caught in my throat as they rush

They spill out

breathy and choked

Again

the signal is sent out conjuring the sentence

squeaked out like a fuck toy

You joyously pound me in response

love poems
