She is a sad little girl

Scared every night that he will come

He is much more deadly than any monster

With his sweet words and silent lies

What a sad little girl

The sad little girl begins to shake

As she hears footsteps by the door

She whimpers as the door knob turns

Knowing that he is coming back for more

What a sad little girl

Her love for him keeps her quiet

She is afraid that he will leave

She wakes every morning pretending

Nothing happened the night before

What a sad little girl

She sees him in the kitchen

He kisses mommy on the cheek and smiles

He does not look at her because of his guilt

He knows what he did was wrong

What a sad little girl

The lust is embedded in his eyes

Preventing him from being able to stop

He does not know what to do or say

As he sees her reading on the couch

What a sad little girl

One night he comes again for her

Only to find her body hanging on the wall

He kneels down and prays for forgiveness

For hurting his small little girl

Who is not sad anymore
