The King’s Daughter

See the difference between her and me is that I don't need a man to complete me.

I'm a strong young woman, I hold my head higher than.

You just don't understand.

See why should I, I can't even find my worth in you.

You just don't understand, it's not just you, it's any man.

My worth is found in the love from my father.

I'm not just some "girl".

I'm the King's young, wise, brilliant daughter. A princess for that matter.

You just don't understand.

Why?

Cause your not even my type of young man.

You reject my father, who makes me who I am.

You walk around this world like I need you to hold my hand.

You just don't understand.

And see if you understood what I'm saying you'd see, I don't belong to you and you don't belong to me.

If you understood you'd know that you'd have to love my father more than you love me. You see, love is like a triangle.

My father is at the top.

And when we turn our backs to each other and walk we will surely reach the top.

🔺

You, Me and Him.

But see you don't understand.

You live your life as a boy in the world and shame me for wanting a Godly man.

See the difference between me and her is my worth is found in the love from my father.

I'm not just some "girl".

I'm the King's young, wise, brilliant daughter. A princess for that matter

One day you'll understand.
