welcome to the show

won’t you sit and stay

it’s time for you to know

what to do and say

your parents are your molds

patterns you must break

but don’t be bought and sold

there are higher roads to take

paths led astray

of the straight and the narrow

are there every day

awaiting us in the shadows

heed not your thoughts

for many are not yours

the anxiety they wrought

will convince you to seek cures

vices often leave us barren

drained by confusion

designed to keep us unaware and

slaves to the illusion

there are two types of people living

those who seek and those who give in

don’t be the latter for the sake of your thinking

keep your desire strong and your vision vivid

but mostly have fun

try to enjoy this existence

people are dumb

and it’s pointless to resist this

but be not concerned with the prejudices of others

instead commit yourself to the well being of your brothers

and cultivate inside your mind the capacity for love

for no calling is as noble or regarded as rising above
