Stand up, stand up tall
Smell the fresh air and don't exhale.
You are strong and willing.
Don't stop moving forward.
Follow your dream.
You are who holds your future together.
The past is awful.

Be yourself and love will conquer

Your Heart is gold.
Fear is not an option.
This world will tear you down.
Keep your eyes forward and hands down.
Walk forward and forget those who have hurt you.
