Reality’s Phantasm

living in a state of confusion,

disconnected from the source,

can’t reach a concrete conclusion,

too many obstacles on the course,

senses give a false sense of certainty,

reality is but a phantasm,

a deceit orchestrated perfectly,

a drop in an ocean of atoms,

you're a momentary manifestation,

the ever expanding, spark of creation,

divine souls, eternal gestation,

an infinite mind, striving for sensation,

yet we have lost our ways,

from the true path, strayed,

on our temptation, preyed,

souls fire within, betrayed,

lost ourselves to the ecstasy of senses

society's aspirations to excesses,

built upon countless false premise,

living in accordance with pretences,
