Question to Yogi SAS... Is There Anything Spiritual (In a Negative Way) About Consuming Alcohol?

I drank too much Saturday night and since then I had a lot of panic attacks.

Yogi SAS REPLY... okay, it's okay...

it's all learning about what you like and do not like...

it is all comparison...

you are alive and scared you stepped out a little too far over the edge...

you are back now...

your thoughts of what might have happened and what did not happen are causing you this stress now...

so...

sit, be still... SMILE...

and feel that smile deep in your tummy...

smile and feel that smile deep in your tummy...

be still...

slow the breathing down and breathe slowly and deeply...

focus on the breath and the smile that you feel...

this will realign you with all that is good and you then start returning to good thoughts and feelings...

it is very simple and very needed in times of stress...

that you did to yourself and can easily be overcome...

okay.....

sit, be still, breathe deeply and slowly...

smile and feel that smile deep in your tummy...

smile...

breathe deeply and slowly... smile...

it is all ok...it is all good...

think good thoughts and you create more good thoughts...

think bad thoughts and you create more bad thoughts...

it really is that simple...

master your thoughts and you master your life...

realign with the good and you feel great again...

it is all up to you...

it's okay...

you are learning how to survive...
