Question to Yogi SAS... I Am Suffering in My Thoughts/Emotions of Sadness and Disconnection

Gentleness required. I acknowledge and see what is happening but the grip is strong... thank you.

Yogi SAS REPLY... stuck in bad thoughts can only be released by thinking a good thought... to actually 'change your mind.'

you know how to think bad thoughts... you keep on repeating them,

now try to think a good thought... just by trying to change your mind will cause the momentum of a negative thought to be turned to good, you are wanting to be better, and you will always be helped to do better.

it is your choice to turn the negative thought around as soon as you feel it bubbling within you...

''oh, that feels bad, so how can I turn that thought around?''

...SMILE and know... now I know!

...now you know it can be turned around by saying to yourself,

''I can turn this thought around...

what do I love to do?

what do I love?

what do I remember that was good?''

...and now you are learning about comparison,

...''I know about bad thoughts, they feel bad,

now I am learning to turn a bad thought around with a good thought, so I can feel good again...''

that is how you turn a bad thought around...

and only YOU can do it for yourself,

unless you can ask a friend to ask you questions that keep you thinking good thoughts rather than bad...

...just as you have friends who discuss bad things,

so you keep having bad thoughts... see!

...peace be with you, sweetheart,

take your time with it...

SMILE and feel that smile deep within you and think a good thought

Peace be with you
