You're a wave

and I am the sand.

You're finicky, as the moon directs the tides

and I am annoying, getting into the smallest places

you'll never be able to find

and depending on the moon, is when you come back in

touching every part of me, without a sin.

I am the wind

ever so slight, will change the dynamic of it all

and you're a flame

catch fire, and watch our house fall.

You need me to survive, but you got caught up in my twister.

With one touch of you now, my skin blisters.

We were syncopated

we danced in harmony.

Ying and Yang,

a little of you in me, and me in you.

I was a negative, as you were a positive.

Magnets stuck together,

but we both got recharged,

now there's forceful space between each other
