Here are my thoughts

From the crazy to the fearful

From the anxious to the scared

It’s a mess inside my head

Sometimes feels like no escape

There’s the thoughts of future forward

Future life in hopes of depth

Which then fills me with remorse of maybe, ifs, and sometime then

Constant fear of the unknown

Panicking through all the stress

Trying to breathe can’t catch my breath

Oh, it’s anxiety in my chest

Breathe it in exhale it out

Can’t seem to find myself again
