Peaceful Picking

You have to pick apart

And pick the people

who are devoted to you

Some of them may be deceitful

Waiting on you to lose

They may seem quite peaceful

And put up a front of

“I love you!”

But when they sympathize

They’re throwing lies

Just to to get the gossip and the news

You’ll have to play their game right back and politely refuse

To let them get what they want out of you

Tell them all’s good in fact

Not hurt feelings,

No ones sad!!

Except you

And our dying “friendship”

Because at last

I’m not oblivious to your

Meditation

Magical rocks

Good sensations

You’re all about all the good vibes you give off!!

Then why do I feel the most judged in your presence?

Why is my anxiety high as soon as you’re mentioned?

This is about no one in particular

In fact I know a few people who would fit the mold

You’re not original honey

Please leave the sage at home

You’re not even all that bold it’s funny

You hide behind all this nonsense

That’s supposed to make you so pure, not cold

You can preach away all the negativity but clearly not the stuff you hold

So I’ll pick apart and pick you

Until you’re fully decomposed
