Some people spend their lives sprinting,

To live the lives they've been taught.

Others seem to be running,

To have things they can say they've bought.

You often find people jogging,

Just to get by without support.

But the best way to go through winning,

Is to just live life and walk.

Find a pace that your matching,

One that doesn't require much torque.

Live a way of life your not rushing,

So that you always leave time to talk.

Go on by with your head up strolling,

For we have all stemmed from a stalk.

But stay alert and always learning,

As one day life can come down like a hawk.
