When I'm in our bed, I get all comfy, starting to fall asleep when Kippur
jumps up, as if he's claimed our bed, he climbs right up on top of me,
then he just lies up there, staring at me.
Finally he's asleep, he has moved to the foot.
When Trevor climbs in bed, we cuddle, start to slowly drift off to sleep.
I don't know how our dog always knows that right moment to always jump
right in between us. He is really small too, only 20 lbs.
How the hell does he take up the whole bed to himself?
He will kick your ass in his sleep, his snores will wake you up.
You're scared wondering "What the hell?"
When we finally drift off to sleep, we start to freeze and we're left
wondering, 'How the hell is the blanket gone?'
We reach for our blanket but we both know where it is.
We look at our dog, he's wrapped up inside of it.
We know that look we both give to each other.
Well at least our Dog is warm, but we KNOW THE TRUTH,
our DOG KIPPUR HAS WON.
