Only One

Cheating

Does he call to tell you goodnight?

Does he send kissy faces?

Does he say that you look beautiful

Even though he hasn't seen you?

Does he hug you from behind?

Whisper how special you are to him in your ear?

Does he send you paragraphs?

Making you feel special inside?

Did he ask for nudes

Because he wanted "to feel closer to you"?

Did you swipe the v-card

Because he promised you everything?

He tells you he loves you,

But are you the only one?

There's a girl across town

Hearing the same lies.

You catch him in the act.

Him on top of her.

But you plead and cry.

Apologizing because somehow you think it's your fault.

How were you not good enough

When you gave him what he wanted?

He used you for his own pleasure,

And you're the one who's sorry?
