Older and Wiser
What piece of advice to tell?
After so many years.
I have lived through my share of Hell.
I am no longer captive to my Fears.
I have made so many mistakes.
But I’ve learnt to live and learn.
Not to get stuck in the past.
To take the page and turn.
When the Story of my life...
Gets to a Chapter that is Dark.
I know the Faith I have inside.
Will forever be the Spark.
That guides me through the Night.
To the Light of Day.
That no matter what...
Leaves me Positive words to say.
So I walk on through my Life.
Letting go of what’s not meant to be.
For in the right place and at the right time.
All will happen for me.
While on my Journey I smile.
I am not Bitter only Kinder.
For the only way to be Happy.
Is to be Older and Wiser.
