Wake up earlier and watch the sunrise.

Pet more dogs.

Read more books.

Smile at strangers.

Write in your journal more.

Give more compliments.

Replace "I'm sorry" with "thank you," as much as possible.

Make playlists, for everything.

Drink more water.

Take longer showers.

Get out of your comfort zone, even if it's just talking to a stranger at the bus stop.

Don't overthink, ride the wave, everything happens for a reason.

Make your bed.

Less is more.

Do yoga.

Take pictures of everything that makes you happy.

Meditate.

Try and get at least seven hours of sleep each night.

Listen to music, podcasts or audiobooks, you can find so many free ones on youtube!

Laugh.

Let people know you're missing them.

All you can do is learn your lesson, don't wish you hadn't done things.

Be softer and more full of love.
