Nevertheless

You and I, Love in All Its Purity

You and I, love in all its purity,

You and I, love in all its freedom,

You and me, confident love.

Because you are the light that illuminates my heart.

Because I am the flame that warms your soul.

You and I two halves of a whole that destiny united.

"I found happiness," that's all I could scream.

What I had forgotten is that happiness is ephemeral.

Without warning, misfortune has come upon us.

Without a word you abandoned me.

I woke up in the darkness of my hell,

Your smell is still on your pillow.

Your face is still in front of mine

Your kiss still lives on my lips.

But you're not here anymore,

Yet you left.

But even though death has you

And although I have already used all the words:

I would like to tell you that I suffer in my soul.

I would like to tell you that you miss my being.

I would like to tell you that your reflection is not enough for me anymore.

I would like to tell you that what remains of us will explode my heart.

I would like to tell you that your memories dance to the rhythm of the beatings of my heart.

I would like to tell you that I'm going crazy.

I would like to tell you that your presence is so close and so distant.

I would like to tell you that I'm losing you.
