My love

I am so jaded,

Feel like I'm fading,

You WERE all I wanted,

And it got me nothing,

I loved you wholly,

But that wasn't important,

You could've cared less,

That's how you lost it,

So now I'm cautious,

But ever hopeful,

I know there's love for me,

That is unconditional,

I don't assume shit,

That gets my heart broke,

So if there's feelings,

I hope they come out,

Maybe I can see it,

Possibly I'm wrong

Only one thing remains true,

I will keep moving on...

I have learned a better way now,

No more wishing for what can't be,

I am stronger now because of you,

And all the world can see.
