My Depression in Poetry Form

A Poem

My Depression speaks, but of course no one is listening.

My Depression, an uninvited guest, who tends to always crash the party .

Will someone please tell this depression to leave . This is a party he shouldn't be at.

My Depression is like a boat, using the words " Fine, and Okay " as the anchor, you'd think the boat would Stop, but to my surprise this boat still sails today.

Sailing on the ocean to Nowhere .

My Depression is the Bully,

Using his hurtful words to tare the last bit of my confidence to pieces .

He likes to feel Superior.

My Depression is a rainy forest ,

Dark, lonely, and Cold , guiding me through the mountain of trees , never know where he'll take me .
