From my mother’s womb, I was in love with my song,
My song, sang to me, brought melody to me,
Made me grow! Song, a group of words, a tune,
Collaborating to bring about the Music in me!
From the beginning, God knew what song He’d choose,
Some might say poor girl, but I didn’t lose.
God knew, how my tune would play,
Not always good, not always bad,
No worries, I didn’t care, it was mine anyway.
My song, stringed instruments, drums, bass, made the Music
In Me!
D for the dream of song and love you placed in me,
A for all the times you told me to understand my tune,
D for dropping me that I might be picked up in the spirit
By the one who gave you, ME!
We have a bond like no other I walked, I lived, I played, I sang,
Because you were always the Music in Me!
Daddy I will always hear your last song to me as I say bye,
You can make it if you try.

When had he become so hard?
