I sit here in a dark filled room with tear soaked eyes, thinking of the day you left us.
Are you still here?
I feel your presence all the time, chills running down my arm. I miss you, but I know you are in a better place.
I wonder, is it beautiful where you are, are you dancing with Pawpaw, or are you singing beautiful melodies with great Mawmaw?
These thoughts run through my mind all the time. Why? Because I miss you.
A broken heart took you away.
We spread your ashes to the sea now. You fly with the precious angels in a beautiful light. No worries any longer, and no more pain, only smiles and laughter fill the heavenly sky.
You are at peace now, but I just want you to know that I miss you.
