Water drips down my body, rinsing off the day's stress. Anxiety, anger, hurt, pain and everything that stopped me from being great. I close my eyes and just feel everything being washed away. Everything that hinders me. I breathe in a slow breath and exhale regret, grieve, feeling of not being good enough. As all these thoughts, emotions leave my body and drain away, my head clears my body relaxes. I continue to breath slow breaths and make myself mindful of the feeling of hot water against my skin, the water dripping from me the smell of soap and how it makes me feel. Now this is pure peace.
