Midnight Memoir

She sat at her desk as she wrote her thoughts.

It calls to her mind, stories of the past

Memories forever, yet it's lost

These misplaced memories have been amassed

but this one appears to embrace her mind

a negative feeling it makes her feel

as if this memory has been assigned

it kills her mentally and she can't heal

her mind appears to be her enemy

It terrifies her making up false scenes

She's trying to become of sanity

but all she can hear, interior screens

she tried and tried but can't sleep in her bed

so she sits at her desk, fighting her head
