Me Too

Hopefully one day I will have the courage to tell my whole story.

You asked for it

It was your fault

Secrets sealed up in a vault

You made it up

Memories bloat

Exaggerating, poor scapegoat...

Decades rolled on like the tide

Just get over it

Your consent was implied

You walked into the lion's den

You should have known

Just seal your lips and hold it in

Your words were too ambiguous

He did not understand

You're probably just promiscuous

Keep the secret locked up tight

No one will believe you anyway

His wrist-slap won't be worth the fight

But your mind is telling lies again

None of these things are true

Unclench your fist, and take a breath

Scream or whisper....Me too...
