Maybe one day I'll be happy.
Maybe one day I'll be able to be truly, truly happy.
Maybe one morning I'll wake up and not want to die.
Maybe one night I'll be able to sleep peacefully, no stress and no worry.
Maybe one day I'll be able to smile genuinely.
Maybe one day I won't let the pain get the best of me
Maybe one day the pain won't bring out the worst in me.
Maybe one day I'll have everything I've ever wanted
Everything I've ever dreamed of.
Maybe just one night, I'll be able to look up at the stars and let my imagination run wild.
Maybe just one day I'll be able to truly enjoy myself and not have to worry about the next day, the next week, the next month, or the next year.
Maybe one day I'll be able to have my independence.
Maybe one day I'll be able to be free.
Maybe one day I'll be in control of my emotions
One day I might just be able to face all of my fears.
Maybe one day I'll be able to laugh with you and not just laugh to hide the hurt and the pain.
Sigh... maybe one day
Just maybe.
