A Poem About a Lost Love

DON'T SAY I NEVER CARED, CAUSE FOR YOU I WAS ALWAYS THERE, NO MATTER WHAT THE TIME OR COST, BECAUSE FOR US I WOULD HAVE FOUGHT, EVEN THOUGH I'M DOWN TO MY KNEES, I'D KEEP GOING TIL I BLEED. THROUGH STORMY WEATHER, FOR WORSE OR BETTER, I'D FIGHT FOR US TO BE TOGETHER.

THAT DOESN'T EVEN MEAN A THING TO YOU, NO MATTER WHAT, WAS THAT REALLY TRUE, I'M SITTING HERE FEELING SICK AND BLUE, WAS I EVER ANYTHING TO YOU

THE DISTANCE COULDN'T KEEP ME AWAY; THROUGH ALL THE BULLSHIT, I WILL ALWAYS STAY. I'M SET IN MY STUBBORN WAYS, I'D DROP EVERYTHING, IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY

IN THE HALLS OF SCHOOL, OR THE LATE AFTERNOON. THE COLD WINTER NIGHTS, TO SUMMER SHINE.

WAS I EVER ANYTHING TO YOU?
