Lust

My skin is suddenly on fire

My face must be glowing red

Was it really all that funny

That clever thing you said?

I haven’t heard a word

I just sit here and smile

I’ve been thinking of you naked

For the entire while.

Every time you smile

My heart it skips a beat

And I'm just trying to work out

How to get you between the sheets.

I can’t seem to focus

On anything but you

And I'm seeing in my head

All the things that we could do.
