A Poem About Our Self Thoughts
Alone where my thoughts are restless.
Sleepless because im drawning in my thoughts.
The voice in my head says I am worthless
The voice in my head says I am ugly
The voice in my head says I am flawed
The voice in my head says I hate myself
The voice in my head says I can not do this
No! I am above this now! I can not sink back to where I was once before.
I am priceless
I am beautiful
I am perfect
I am loved
I know that you can do this!
