Dancing in the Rain

His eyes are like the storm rolling in. When I catch their gaze it's so fierce I have to look away, It's like they see right through me, Those eyes turn my soul transparent. All my flaws, insecurities, fears, scars, and dreams all come to light. He has seen my scars; and he did not run. I tried to fight this feeling I don't understand, that I never felt.

His voice like thunder to my heart. His words are like morphine to my soul. With one phrase he can heal a freshly opened old wound. He has heard my pain and he did not run. I tried to fight this feeling but the melody was hypnotizing.

His touch like lighting striking through my body. The electric waves are such a strange sensation. What is this feeling? So many ways to describe the feelings, They change with every touch. I tried to fight this feeling but the sensation is like an addiction I give into.

His love is what that feeling is. Its my drug. Its the stitches that hold me together. I never knew what this was or what it really felt like. May this storm never end
