Take a deep breath and ask yourself.

Am I coming from a place of Love Or Fear?

Is the thought in my mind there from the past?

Am I worried about a promise that didn’t last?

Underneath the anxiety there is a heart so sincere.

Look inside and find the Love under the Fear.

Fear can cloud our eyes and weaken our Souls.

Fear can blind us to the beauty of this life as it unfolds.

Fear can hold you back through your life with its powerful illusion.

Fear can leave you in a manic state of confusion.

When the moment comes and Fear begins to set in.

This is where a deep breath is the time to begin.

For under the sea of uncertainty there is a bed of calm

It’s here as part of this serenity we are born.

When there is a choice to make or path to take...

A thought that grows or a situation to break.

Ask yourself what is the root of motivation I have here.
