Love Don't Change

It’s come to the point where I would change everything about myself just to be with you.

Boys turn their heads when she walks byThey turn around just to watch her smileShe doesn’t careShe doesn’t even mindGiven her heart beforeBeing played withThinks its not worth it anymoreShe will intend to give it a try But it will just last a short timeThe emptiness inside of herIts not easily filled upShe gave up on trying to build herself againSo she decided to move on And realized the only real love she needed was her ownShe began to dress up to impress no one but herselfAnd since that dayShe was never the same— Unknown

I heard song

once called Love

Don't Change.

I would listen

to it with extent

of my tongue caressing

each word.

True love is hard to manage

yet, I never believed in fate

like forging my heart in flames.

Till you came you made

me believe in fate,

believing in our future...

They say love don't change

that two halves make whole,

as though every myth

of love becomes us.

Yet, our mistakes

are becoming the weather

around us...

I never believed in true

love, or soulmates

or even the fact that love

could be more then what

was shown on black and white

movies.

I believe it now,

unless bouncing

is apart of love,

I gave my heart to you.

Shattered, used, battered

and broken...You repaired

it with the love you placed

on my lips.

The song sang love don't change,

so don't make me think differently,

when I'm in love with you.
