Beautiful night.
The first kiss at the crack of dawn.
When the sun is just right,
And you hear him say goodbye.
One rose drops,
Upon another.
Upon another.
Nor the pain and tears in his eyes,
Will thee love of his life,
See the dawning of his love again.
As the door shuts.
And he's gone.
With the road under his feet.
Waiting to finally see her,
On the other side.
As she waits to embrace his touch again.
