Lord

Hear My Prayer

Thank you for thinking of me.

I didn't expect it. Thank you for the tasty gifts.

They are really big. Spicy gifts, wrapped in ancient sauce.

Thank you for trying to come close to me.

Thank you for understanding me.

I have so much to be grateful for.

I get so nervous around you.

As I awoke, you could see me, not too long ago.

A little bird, near my window. I have been so lonely.

So many years being a hermit.

But now the deck shows me different cards.

The two of cups. The Lovers. The Sun.

The Moon. The Wheel of Fortune.

When I forgot my peanut butter, you didn't expect to see me.

I look for you. I didn't know I would find you.

I wasn't supposed to meet you.

All of my friends, I only just met them.

I wouldn't have met them otherwise.

The Lord works in mysterious ways.

I guess, this was gonna be the only way I could meet them.

They are from all over the country.

The creme de la creme society.

Our energy attracts who we like. We like who we attract. Like attracts like.

The French may love to eat their french fries with french toast, but

I am a good girl. I always will be.

Be careful what you wish for, my friend said.

I am getting all my wishes granted.

The Lord works in mysterious ways.
