Look at Me

The Story That Tells My Progression Through Depression

Look at me then.

Look at me now.

Look how far I've come.

Look at what I've been through.

Look at what I can do.

Look at what I've done.

All those days, in the darkest nights, staring down the barrel of a gun.

With no way out and feeling numb then out of nowhere I began to run.

Running from the fear, it suddenly became clear, back then what I should have done.

Now I stand tall with my head held high, with confidence and courage, to the future I fly.

So look at me then.

Look at me now.

Look how far I've come.

Look at what I've been through.

Look at what I can do.

Look at what I've done."
