Longing for Amnesia

Sorrows from the Past

I've fallen as stray as a leaf on the cement...

Amnesia, Oh Sweet Amnesia, mental reset button, relief from pain, distract me from the gruesome memories. The horrors that have befell me, the red velvet syrup soaking in my clothes, Staining my mind, The look in their eyes... Oh I long to forget those moments, where they knew this was their end, the final moments, when I held them in my hands... Oh Amnesia! Please wash over me, like rain, make my mind clean! Take my hand, I Beg of you,

drain these memories,

rescue me from this agony...

Part 2

Amnesia,

Oh Sweet Amnesia,

Won't you please be my dear friend?

Be the one to comfort my sorrows,

to wipe away the tears from my face.

Embrace Me Like The Friend I've Lost...

Kiss my cheek like the summer rays,

Touch my soul like the winter days,

Sweet Amnesia take it all away...
