The way Life seems to mold the steps we take.

Does it shape dreamers and risk takers?

Everything that the pad of our finger touches shakes our destiny with a ripple.

The hands create so much and so little by its puppet master and its will to do so.

Masters add love to the mix, anger, quick to judge and fortune. Others find content in the work they create. But there are some who just want to add kindness as their spice. Making the taste of bitter world a bit better.

Most of all, there are those who seek the soul of whisking people away with comfort. Little makers whose hands are to only please the pallets of their neighbors. With creations tasty enough to eat.

I am Sabrina Black, a self-made chef! I want to create a place where poetry and food come together in a harmonious balance. Each day will be a new recipe followed by a poem to compliment it. Look forward to being hungry for more.

Take a Breather Smoothie

1 cup orange juice

1 6oz yogurt plain or strawberry

1/3 cup of strawberries

1/4 cup of blueberries

1 banana

Add ice (optional)

Save one strawberry for garnish

Take all the ingredients and put in a blender. Hit the smoothie setting or blend button. Garnish with a strawberry and enjoy!
